Indoor grounding products to improve sleep and natural healing

Better sleeping for better night habits

We all know that a lack of sleep can impact our mood throughout the day and can often have an effect on our productivity and brain function. Insomnia is a diagnosed condition that affects around 16 million people within the UK. That's a lot of adults struggling to gain a restful nights sleep with minimal wake ups.

So what about snoring? Around 10 million men and 5 million women snore within the UK, that is collectivist a LOT of noise. It can impact our relationships, causing sleepless nights and flared tempers... I'm fairly sure there are a lot of punches or kicks thrown during the middle of the night. Our grounding pillow has proven results with a reduction in snoring throughout the night, and an even quicker time to get to sleep. Reports from happy couples have come in thick and fast and we are super proud to hear it every time!

A restorative nights sleep allows our body the time to heal itself. If you can get around 7-8 hours of sleep a night your body repairs itself best between 10pm-2am, but this is not always possible in the current climate that we live in. Excessive screen time before sleep has become a huge problem, having a detrimental effect on our circadian rhythm - our natural body clock. A lack of the zed's are also inexplicably linked to a decline in mental health, and doom scrolling before bed has become a problem. Allowing yourself the time to disconnect from the world 30 mins prior to bed will help dramatically. By disconnecting from the social world and connecting yourself to the actual world with our grounding pillows you will feel the benefits straight away.

The body's way of letting you know that you need more sleep could start with simple fatigue. You'll notice the physical fatigue first, this then leads to mental fatigue and a fast track to burning out. Your body needs a definite recharge at this point.
